Set across a total area of 51,000 m² in İncek, Ankara, Sunset İncek is a completed residential development composed of two towers and one low-rise block. BOTASERA treats the shared ground between the tall buildings not as residual circulation but as the social heart of the estate. A curving, stepped water landscape reflects the sky by day and the architecture’s warm light after dusk, animated by fountains, planted circular islands and changing viewpoints. Generous lawns and continuous walking routes support family life through play areas and quiet seating pockets. Layers of deciduous trees, columnar evergreens, roses, seasonal flowers and ornamental grasses bring the scale down to the pedestrian while maintaining year-round structure. On the roof, a mineral landscape of permeable surfaces and controlled planting islands extends the garden language to the upper level. Path lights, tree uplighting and submerged illumination preserve the project’s sunset identity throughout the night.
